What if I need more connections than my plan allows?
You can upgrade at any time. Starter is limited to 1 active connection map — Flow and above let you build as many as you need. Upgrade in Settings → Plan & Billing.
What is Zapier/Make and why does it matter?
Zapier and Make are automation platforms that act as bridges between tools that don't natively talk to each other. BobConnect uses them to help you set up these bridges — you don't need to know how to code, just tell BobConnect what tools to connect and it'll guide you through the setup.
What if I need real OAuth integrations instead of webhooks?
OAuth lets apps log in on your behalf with secure tokens instead of pasting API keys. It's the right approach for production systems handling payments, customer data, or sensitive info. Enterprise plan includes white-glove OAuth setup — contact us to discuss your setup.
How does billing work?
You're billed monthly. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & Billing.
Is there a free trial?
Starter plan is free to explore — tool listing, planning, and setup guidance are all available. You only need to upgrade when you want to build live, monitored integrations.
